[FR] Du jeudi 21 juillet au dimanche 14 août 2011 ont eu lieu les Fêtes de Genève au bord du Lac Léman.

Un feu d’artifice d’ouverture officielle a eu lieu le 4 août à 22h30. Tout près du Jardin Anglais,  de la musique, des spectacles, des stands avec pour invité d’honneur l’Inde ont mis l’ambiance pendant quelques jours. Une grande roue a également été installée pour l’occasion et une Fête foraine a pris place sur le Quai Wilson.

Le samedi 13 août à 22h a eu lieu le très attendu Feu pyromélodique sur la Rade de Genève avec pour thème l' »Opéra de Feu ». Des billets étaient en vente entre Fr. 45 et 70.-, ils permettaient d’avoir accès aux gradins et à la musique.

J’ai pu y assister, gratuitement, mais d’un peu plus loin du coup. Et voici quelques photos de cette super soirée, que j’ai pu réaliser grâce aux conseils dénichés sur le site de Michel Bobillier, alias Athos99, blogueur et photographe à Genève.

[EN] From Thursday 21st July to Sunday 14th August 2011 were taken place Geneva Festival around the Lake Geneva.

 The Geneva Festival was kick-off with an opening firework displayed on Thursday 4th August at 10:30 PM. A lot of concerts and shows, all free, were scheduled along the Geneva Festival. In the heart of the Jardin Anglais you may find the Village of India, as the guest of honour this year. A Big Wheel was also installed and the Faireground took place on the Quai Wilson.

Saturday 13th August at 10:00 PM was a Big Firework Display with music, the most important rendezvous of the Geneva Festival ! Tickets were priced between CHF 45 and 70.- and allowed access to seats and music.

I was able to see it, for free, but a little further. I took some pictures, made with the advice found on the website of Michel Bobillier, alias Athos99, blogger and photographer in Geneva.
